Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, they must contact our Customer Care executive. The cancellation will be valid only after confirmation by our respective departments.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only until the product is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • For online payments, approved cancellations are refunded within 7 working days.

Return / Refunds

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of placing an order (damaged, duplicate, or quantity mismatch).
  • Return pickup occurs within 7 days after cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product reaches our hub.

The return will be processed only if:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product matches what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in original condition.

Report to Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The request will be validated by the merchant before processing.

If the product is not as shown on the website or not as expected, report it within 24 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will review and take appropriate action.

Payment Gateway Charges:

If you cancel an online payment without a valid reason, 3% payment gateway charges + GST will be deducted from the refund amount.

It is your responsibility to take a print of the manifest provided by F2DF while returning the product.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@f2df.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and reason (optional but helpful).

Refunds are initiated after validation by our support team and when the returned product reaches our hub. You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation with transaction details.

To complete your return: provide receipt/proof of purchase. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds are possible only if the product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice/receipt. Refunds are processed once the product reaches F2DF’s premises.

For refund processing:

  • Name must match the registered F2DF account and bank account.
  • Share a photo of cheque or passbook along with Aadhaar or PAN card.

Special Product Notes

Germination of seeds depends on factors like soil, atmosphere, fertilizers, and watering. F2DF does not guarantee germination or harvest results, and refunds are not applicable for seeds.
